How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Debthutch Garage Doors should get a fair and honest experience. If you did not, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- How we handled your call or message
- How we treated your personal information
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work, and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider. Keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest. A provider that keeps falling short may be removed. But Debthutch Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@debthutch.bar and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened, and what result you would like
What Happens Next
We confirm by email that we got your note. This usually takes a few business days. Then we look into it. That may mean we contact the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any step we are taking.
If You Are Still Not Satisfied
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help.
