How Our Network Works

Who answers your call

When you reach out, you connect with a provider in our network or a person who routes your request to one. We are a referral service. The provider is an independent business. They do the work.

Hours vary by provider. Some can respond quickly. Others may need to schedule a visit.

What they will ask you

Expect a few simple questions:

  • What is the door doing, or not doing?
  • Did you hear a bang or snap?
  • What is your address or town?
  • How old is the door and opener?

Have answers ready. Photos can help if the provider asks for them. Notes on when the problem began can help too.

Questions to ask the provider

You are the customer. Ask anything you like. These questions are a good start:

  • Are you licensed and insured where I live?
  • Will you give me a written quote before work starts?
  • What could change the price?
  • Do you use new parts? What warranty comes with them?
  • Who will come to my home, and when?

If a spring is broken, ask how the provider handles it safely. A spring is the coiled part that helps lift the door. It holds strong tension. Please do not try to move or adjust it yourself.

Spot trouble early

Tell the provider about small signs. A door that shakes, jerks, or sits crooked matters. So does a gap at the bottom. Catch it early, and the fix may be smaller.

The decision is yours

You can say no. A quote carries no obligation. You can compare it with another one. Providers do the work, but you choose.
